Background: Chris joined the 1st Source Board of Directors in 1972, became an officer of the company in 1976, was named president and CEO of 1st Source Bank in 1977, and president and CEO of 1st Source Corporation in 1979.The chairman’s title was added in 1998.

Allison Transmission, Inc., Fred Bohley - Executive Director, Finance and Investor Relations
Fred Bohley began his career at Allison Transmission, Inc. in 1991. He currently serves as Executive Director, Finance and Investor Relations, a position that he has held since 2013 and where he is responsible for Investor Relations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Pricing and Military Pricing. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2012, Fred held the position of Executive Director, Finance. From 2006 to 2007, Fred served as the Director, International Marketing and Business Planning. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, he served as the Director of Latin American Operations based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. From 2001 to 2003, Fred held the position of National Account Executive directly selling to major North American fleet customers. Prior to 2001, he held various positions in Accounting and Finance including Manager Financial Planning and Analysis, Manager, Manufacturing Analysis, Plant Analyst, Internal Auditor, Tax Specialist and General Accountant.
Baldwin & Lyons, Inc., G. Patrick Corydon - Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Corydon, a CPA, is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Baldwin & Lyons, Inc. He has been employed by the Corporation since 1978. Prior to this, he was an audit manager with Ernst & Young's predecessor, Ernst & Ernst.

Escalade, Inc., Robert J. (Bob) Keller - President and CEO
Mr. Keller joined Escalade, Inc. as President and Chief Executive Officer 2007. Prior to Escalade, Inc., he was President of Disston Tool Company (2005-2006) and Division President of Russell Corporation (2000-2005). His consumer products experience also includes general management, marketing and manufacturing leadership roles with Coca-Cola, Clorox, and Kodak. Mr. Keller graduated from Georgia Tech in 1983, receiving his B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering. He completed the Senior Executive Finance program at Harvard Business School in 2003.

Mr. Keller also sits on the board of Deaconess Health Systems, the University of Southern Indiana Business School (President-elect), and the Boy Scouts Buffalo Trace Council (past President). He is an Eagle Scout and Silver Beaver recipient, scouting’s highest youth and adult awards. Mr. Keller was recently named as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist for 2013.

Mr. Keller and his wife, Barbara, reside in Evansville, Indiana and have raised five children.

German American Bancorp, Inc., Mark A. Schroeder - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mark, Chairman and CEO of German American Bancorp, has over 30 years experience in the banking industry. Mark is a graduate of the University of Evansville, with a B.S. Degree in financial management and holds a Certified Public Accountant designation. Prior to Mark’s current position he served in various positions with German American Bancorp/German American Bank including Head of Lending, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Mark serves on a number of civic and governmental Board of Directors, including the ICBA Bancard and the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions.

Haynes International, Inc., Mark Comerford - President and CEO
Mark Comerford was elected President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company in October 2008. Before joining the Company, from 2004 to 2008, Mr. Comerford was President of Brush Engineered Materials Alloy Division and President of Brush International, Inc., affiliates of Materion Corporation, formerly known as Brush Engineered Materials, Inc., a company that manufactures high performance materials. The Board believes Mr. Comerford's years of experience driving international growth at various advanced materials manufacturing companies provide valuable strategic insights to the Board. In addition, his leadership experience and acumen in strategic and operating roles based in the United States and Asia, as well as his experience as a top executive at Haynes, all make him well qualified to serve as a director.

Interactive Intelligence Group, Inc., Stephen R. Head - Chief Financial Officer
Stephen R. Head has more than 35 years experience in accounting and financial management with a proven background in public companies. Mr. Head previously served as Vice President, Finance as well as Chief Financial Officer of Gilian Technologies Ltd., (now named Breach Security, Inc.), a provider of application security appliances. Prior to Gilian, he was Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration from 1999 to 2001 at planetU, Inc., an e-commerce company serving the consumer packages goods industry and which was acquired by Transora in December 2000. Other financial roles Mr. Head has held in the software industry include VP, Finance and Administration at Made2Manage Systems, Inc., and VP, Finance and CFO of Software Artistry, Inc. -- both of which he guided through initial public offerings and subsequent public reporting. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Head began his career in accounting at KPMG, where he was involved in public offerings and SEC reporting for several client companies. He also has served in positions in private industry. Mr. Head is a graduate of Indiana University, where he received both an M.B.A. and B.S. in Business with a concentration in Accounting.

Lakeland Financial Corporation, David M. Findlay - President & CEO
David M. Findlay currently serves as President of Lakeland Financial Corporation, the parent company of Lake City Bank, headquartered in Warsaw, Indiana. In this capacity, Findlay oversees Finance and Accounting, Treasury, Risk Management, Legal, Human Resources, Operations, Technology Services, Loan Review and Corporate and Institutional Services, which includes Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Retirement Services. He also serves a member of the Board of Directors of both the Bank and the Holding Company. Lakeland Financial Corporation is a publicly traded (Nasdaq Global Select/LKFN) bank holding company with total assets of $2.7 billion and 43 offices located throughout Northern Indiana, with a Loan Production Office in Indianapolis.

From September 2000 to September 2010, he served as Executive Vice President of Administration, and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. From March 1995 to September 2000, Mr. Findlay served in various capacities with Quality Dining, Inc., a publicly traded company located in South Bend, Indiana, concluding as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Findlay began his career with The Northern Trust Company in Chicago, Illinois, serving in several capacities from September 1984 until March 1995, when he was a Vice President. His service at Northern focused primarily in the Commercial Lending Group as a relationship manager in the Correspondent Banking and Corporate and Institutional Services Groups. He also served in the Capital Markets Group of Northern Trust developing and marketing interest rate derivative products.

MainSource Financial Group, Archie M. Brown, Jr. - Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Brown has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since August 2008, and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since April 2011.

During his 30 years in banking, Mr. Brown has held management positions in branch management, region management, bank operations (both deposit and loan), business development, small business and consumer lending.

Mr. Brown is a faculty member of Consumer Bankers Association’s Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at Furman University. Mr. Brown also serves on the board of directors of the Greensburg Decatur County Economic Development Corporation, Indiana Bankers Association, Indiana Community Business Credit Corporation, and serves on the Board of Trustees of Cincinnati Christian University.

Mr. David W. Heeter is the President and Chief Executive Officer of MutualFirst Financial, Inc. (the "Company") and Chief Executive Officer of MutualBank (the "Bank") and has been since 2003. In 2002, he became the Executive Vice President of Company and the Bank. From 2001 to 2002, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank. NiSource Inc. Old National Bancorp, Robert G. Jones - President & Chief Executive Officer
Robert G. Jones is the President and CEO of Old National Bancorp (NASDAQ: ONB) and a member of its board of directors. He assumed this position in September 2004. Prior to joining Old National, Jones served for 25 years at KeyCorp.

While Jones has been the CEO and President of Old National, the company has received national recognition. In 2013 and 2012, Old National was the only bank in the United States to be recognized as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by the prestigious Ethisphere Institute. Also in 2012, the company received the Employee Volunteer Program of the Year award from VolunteerMatch. In 2010, Old National was awarded the Award of Excellence for Corporate Engagement by the Points of Light Foundation (co-recipients were AT&T, Intel and the Campbell Soup Company). Jones has appeared on Fox News, Fox Business News, CNBC, and Bloomberg Television, as a spokesman for Old National and community banking.

Jones serves on the Board of Directors of Vectren (NYSE: VVC), where he serves on the Finance and Corporate Affairs committees. He is very active in the community, and has been named to the boards of the University of Evansville, Ivy Tech, Chairman of the Evansville Regional Business Council, New Harmony Project, Evansville Police Foundation, Riley Children’s Hospital, Youth Resources of Southwestern Indiana, Evansville Business Leaders Roundtable for Education, WNIN, and the Evansville Sports Corporation. Jones has served on the campaign cabinet for the Southwest Indiana United Way and was the Chair of that campaign in 2007. He was also a co-chair of the Hands on Discovery Children’s Museum capital campaign, and chair of the 2007 March of Dimes Walk America, the Ronald McDonald House Capital Campaign, the YMCA Capital Campaign, the Ivy Tech Capital Campaign, the Evansville ARC Capital Campaign, and has twice chaired the Buffalo Trace Boy Scouts Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner. Jones served on the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis Board of Directors, where he was a member of its Executive Committee and Chaired the Audit Committee. Jones also serves as a trustee of First Presbyterian Church in Evansville.

Former Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels presented Jones with the select Sagamore of the Wabash award and the Distinguished Hoosier Award. Jones has been inducted into the Evansville Regional Business Hall of Fame and the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation Hall of Fame. In 2012, he was honored by the Tri State Multiple Sclerosis Association as a Spirit Award recipient and by the Buffalo Trace Council with its Distinguished Citizen Award. In 2011, Jones received the James L. Orr Award from the YMCA of Southwest Indiana. In 2009, Jones was recognized by the University of Evansville’s Delta Sigma Pi Business Fraternity as its Leader of the Year, by the Indiana Association of Cities and Towns with its Larry A. Conrad Civic Service Award, and by Leadership Evansville with its Visionary Award. Jones was honored in 2008 by the Southwest Indiana Chamber of Commerce as its Richard A. Schlottman Business Leader of the Year, and in 2006, Ashland University recognized Jones as its Alumni of the Year.

Jones is a 1979 Graduate of Ashland University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business Administration. He and his wife Lisa have one child, Carolyn.
