Affine is a real estate company specialised in commercial property. At the end of December 2014, it directly owned 57 buildings with a total value of €575m, excluding taxes, for a total floor area of 534,400 sqm. The firm owns office properties (53%), retail properties (22%) and warehouses and industrial premises (26%). Its assets are distributed more or less equally between Ile-de France and the other French regions.

Affine is also the major shareholder (49.5%) of Banimmo, a Belgian property repositioning company with operations in Belgium and France. At the end of December 2014, Banimmo had total assets of 20 office and commercial buildings, with a value of €335m (including transfer taxes).

Total Group assets are €945m (including transfer taxes).

In 2003, Affine opted for French real estate investment trust (SIIC) status. The Affine share is listed on NYSE Euronext Paris (Ticker: IML FP/BTTP.PA; ISIN code: FR0000036105) and admitted to the deferred settlement system (long only). It is included in the CAC Mid&Small;, SIIC IEIF and EPRA indexes. Banimmo is also listed on NYSE Euronext.

Maryse Aulagnon, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Maryse AULAGNON, an honorary Maître des Requêtes of the Conseil d’Etat, is a graduate of ENA, the élite French school for high-level civil servants and of Institut d’Etudes Politiques, and holds a postgraduate degree in economics. After having occupied various positions at the French embassy in the United States and in the staff of several French ministers (including Budget and Industry), she joined in 1984 the CGE (now Alcatel) group as director of international affairs. She then joined Euris as deputy CEO when it was created in 1987. In 1990, she founded Affine which she has chaired since then.

She is also a board member of Air France-KLM and Veolia Environnement, and a member of the Supervisory Board of BPCE. She also takes part in several professional organisations (board member of Club de l’Immobilier and of Palladio Foundation, office-bearer of FSIF...), and is a member specifically of a number of cultural and university organisations (including Le Siècle, la Fondation des Sciences Politiques, Terrafemina, Voxfemina, etc).
Alain Chaussard, Vice-Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer
lain Chaussard is a graduate of Ecole Centrale de Paris, one of the most prestigious engineer French school, of Institut d’études politiques and of Ecole nationale de statistique et d’administration économique. He also holds a Master in mathematics and a postgraduate degree in finance.

After a career in banking with Crédit Lyonnais and Crédit Chimique, he joined in 1989 Banque Stern to become deputy CEO. Back to Crédit Lyonnais in 1992, he was in charge of structured financing and then of the group's distressed business. In this capacity, he served notably as chairman of the Omnium Immobilier de Gestion (properties defeasance structure) and of the Salle Pleyel concert hall. Appointed deputy CEO at Euris of 1996, he then joined the Affine group as deputy CEO in 1998 and has been its vice-chairman since 2000. He is Chairman of the groupement Centrale immobilier and of la Société des grands interprètes (Piano 4*), and serves on the board of l’Institut de l’épargne immobilière et foncière (IEIF), of la Fédération des sociétés immobilières et foncières (FSIF, Federation of French property companies), and of Pro Musicis association.
