Through SampleMD, pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers now have a digital paperless platform to directly offer patient's critical cost savings, patient education and adherence tools right at point of prescribing.

The Company's consumer support website, www.OPTIMIZERx.com, and its permanent subscriber base exceeding 2.5 million patients, continues to grow each month and is quickly becoming the preferred way to access branded prescription vouchers, co-pay savings and other support programs.

Additionally, the company recently announced the launch of OPTIMZEHR™, the company's consulting and implementation practice to assist both pharmaceutical-biotech companies and healthcare provider platforms in determining and executing on mutually beneficial opportunities to jointly assist physicians and patients within their electronic health record (EHR) workflow.

Executives

David A. Harrell, Founder & Chairman
David has spent two decades leading company management, sales, marketing and business development within the pharmaceutical and advertising industries. Prior to founding OPTIMIZERx Corporation, David served as Vice President of Business Development for Meridian--a top 40 healthcare and retail advertising agency. Prior to that, David was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Advance Graphic Systems. Within his ten years at SmithKline Beecham, David specialized in the managed markets healthcare segment. As part of the Integrated Health Division, David was responsible for contracting and achieving revenue growth for SmithKline Beecham's four business units: Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health, Clinical Labs and Diversified Pharmaceutical Services (PBM). David began his pharmaceutical career with Adria Laboratories in 1988 after graduating from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
William J. Febbo, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Febbo has over 17 years leading health services and technology companies which connect the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare professionals in innovative and compliant ways. Febbo was CEO and co-founder of MedPanel, a provider of market intelligence and communications for the pharmaceutical, biomedical and medical device industries, which was eventually acquired by MCF Corporation. MedPanel completed over 3,000 engagements with the medical industry by engaging more than 300,000 medical professionals, allowing them to make better commercial and clinical decisions. In 2007, When he sold MedPanel to Merriman Capital, he held dual roles as COO of the bank and CEO of Digital Capital Network (DCN), a wholly owned subsidiary of Merriman Holdings. He led the launch of DCN, a technology solution that increases transparency, compliance and efficiency for stakeholders. Febbo is also the founder Plexuus, an early stage payment processing platform for medical professionals with Sunshine Act-related activities. Febbo holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Dickinson College, in Pennsylvania.
Terence J. Hamilton, Director and VP of Sales
Mr. Hamilton spent the last 19 years working in the pharmaceutical and biotech arenas within various sales, marketing and managed markets management positions. Before joining OPTIMIZERx, he worked as a Manager in Managed Markets for MedImmune - one of the world's leading biotech companies. Prior to that, Mr. Hamilton was a National Account Manager for Glaxo SmithKline pharmaceuticals and has held many positions within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, including District Manager, Brand Manager, Managed Market Specialist, Contract Manager, Government Account Manager. He has vast expertise and leadership in helping clients expand awareness, access and adherence.
