Nancy M. Taylor,
President and Chief Executive Officer
Nancy Taylor is President and Chief Executive Officer of Tredegar Corporation, serving in this role since January 2010.
Ms. Taylor joined Tredegar in 1991 as Assistant General Counsel and was named Corporate Counsel and Secretary in 1994. In 1997, she was named General Counsel and was elected Vice President in 1998. She was named Vice President, Administration and Corporate Development, in 2001. In 2003, she became Managing Director, European Operations, of Tredegar Film Products. She returned to Richmond in 2004 after being named Senior Vice President for Strategy and Special Projects. Ms. Taylor became President of Tredegar Film Products in April, 2005. In 2009 she was appointed Executive Vice President of Tredegar responsible for corporate business development in addition to her role as President of Tredegar Film Products.
Prior to joining Tredegar, she was an associate at the law firm of Hunton & Williams.
Ms. Taylor received a B.A. degree at College of the Holy Cross and a law degree from Catholic University of America.
W. Brook Hamilton,
President of The William L. Bonnell Company,
W. Brook Hamilton was named President of The William L. Bonnell Company, Tredegar’s aluminum extrusions subsidiary, on June 1, 2013.
Mr. Hamilton joined Bonnell in 2005 as General Manager of its Woodbridge, Ontario fabrication facility, which was part of the then-owned Canadian division of Bonnell. In 2006, Mr. Hamilton became Plant Manager for Bonnell’s extrusion facility in Newnan, GA. He was promoted to Director of Business Planning in July, 2012 and held that position until his recent appointment as President. Prior to joining Bon L Canada, Mr. Hamilton was employed with Central Wire as General Manager, and with Daymond Aluminum as General Manager. Previously he worked for Wilkinson Steel & Metals as Regional Plant Manager and for 11 years with Alcan Aluminum in a variety of sales, customer service, and operations positions.
Mr. Hamilton received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
Mary Jane Hellyar,
President, Tredegar Film Products, and Corporate Vice President
Mary Jane Hellyar is President of Tredegar Film Products and Vice President of Tredegar Corporation. Ms. Hellyar joined the company in September of 2012. Prior to joining Tredegar, Ms. Hellyar served as chief executive officer of Technocorp Energy OLED in Rochester, NY and previously held various positions with Eastman Kodak Company, including corporate executive vice president, president of the Film, Photofinishing and Entertainment Group, and display and components business unit president.
Ms. Hellyar received a B.A. in Chemistry and Mathematics from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN, an M.S. and Ph.D. in chemical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, MA, and a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from the Sloan School at MIT.
Brent King ,
Vice President and General Counsel
Brent King is Vice President and General Counsel of Tredegar Corporation. He also serves as Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Tredegar in 2008, he was Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Hilb, Rogal and Hobbs Company. Previously he served as an associate at Williams Mullen.
Mr. King received a B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and a law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law.
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Kevin O’Leary is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Tredegar Corporation, serving in this role since December 2009. Mr. O’Leary joined Tredegar in October of 2008 as Director, Finance, of Tredegar Film Products and was subsequently appointed Vice President, Finance, of Tredegar Film Products, effective January 2009. Before joining Tredegar, Mr. O’Leary served in various positions from August of 2004 to August of 2008 in the Avery Dennison Retail Information Services Group, a division of Avery Dennison Corporation, that provides interior and exterior ticketing, labeling and data management services to the textile industry, including General Manager of the Printer Systems Division, and Vice President Finance – Mergers and Acquisitions.
Mr. O’Leary received a B.A. degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts.
