Appointed a Director on 4 August 2005 and Chairman on 29 October 2014, Neil is a director of AlphaGen Volantis and AlphaGen Octanis and a member of the investment committee of the National Trust. He was formerly a director of Fleming Family and Partners Asset Management, where he was Chief Investment Officer, and has over 30 years’ experience in investment analysis and research.
Jean Park, Chairman of Audit Committee
Appointed a Director on 2 July 2012 and Chairman of the Audit Committee on 25 October 2013, Jean is an independent non-executive director of Admiral Group plc and NHBC. She was formerly Group Chief Risk Officer at Phoenix Group until June 2013 and previously Risk Management Director of the Insurance and Investments Division of Lloyds TSB and Head of Compliance and Audit at Scottish Widows.
David Woods, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director
