The activities of construction under concession, includes motorways and major infrastructures such as bridges and tunnels, car parks, airports and public infrastructure equipment and operation management which, include tenancy agreements or service provision agreements. Contracting segment which, include electrical works and engineering, information and communication technology, heating ventilation and air conditioning engineering, insulation and building and maintenance of roads and motorways, production of road-building materials, urban infrastructure, environmental work, demolition and recycling. The company was founded in 1817 and is headquartered in Rueil-Malmaison, France.

Xavier Huillard, Chairman and Chief Executive Office
Xavier Huillard is a graduate of the École Polytechnique and the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He has spent most of his working life in the construction industry in France and abroad. Mr Huillard joined Sogea in December 1996 as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of international activities and specific projects, and then became its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 1998. He was appointed Deputy General Manager of VINCI in March 1998 and was Chairman of VINCI Construction from 2000 to 2002. He was appointed Co-Chief Operating Officer of VINCI and was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of VINCI Energies from 2002 to 2004, then Chairman of VINCI Energies from 2004 to 2005. Mr Huillard became Director and Chief Executive Officer of VINCI in 2006 and was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of VINCI on 6 May 2010. He was appointed Chairman of the Institut de l’Entreprise on 18 January 2011.
Christian Labeyrie, Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer
Born in 1956, Christian Labeyrie is a graduate of the HEC business school and holds accounting qualifications. He began his career in 1980 in the Paris branches department of the Crédit Lyonnais bank. From 1984 to 1990, he held various financial posts in the Schlumberger group as project manager in the audit department of Schlumberger Ltd, then Division Controller in the petroleum department. He joined VINCI in 1990 as director of management control for the holding company. In 1993, he was appointed deputy financial director with responsibility for financial transactions and for the accounting and tax departments. In January 1999, Mr Labeyrie was named Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of VINCI.
Richard Francioli, Executive Vice-President, Contracting
Richard Francioli, born in 1959, joined the VINCI Group in 1983. After starting his career with a work placement as VSNE (civil service in a company) on the Ain Shams hospital worksite in Cairo, he went on to occupy the position of regional director, north, then director of province for Sogea Construction, before becoming chairman of VINCI Construction Filiales Internationales and chairman of VINCI Construction in March 2006. He was appointed Executive Vice-President, Contracting in January 2010.
