Jean-Pascal Tricoire, President and Chief Executive Officer
Education Electronic Engineering - ESEO, Angers (France) MBA - CESMA Business School./.International Affairs - EM Lyon (France).
Professional experience After carrying out missions at Alcatel, Schlumberger and St Gobain in 1985 and 1986, Jean-Pascal Tricoire joined Merlin Gerin in 1986 to develop a partnership with a German company. From 1988 to 1999, he held operating positions at Schneider Electric in Italy (five years), China (five years) and South Africa (one year). From 1999 to 2001, he served in corporate functions as head of Schneider Electric's Global Strategic Accounts and of the Schneider 2000+ programme. From January 2002 to end of 2003, Jean-Pascal Tricoire became Executive Vice-President of the International Division. In October 2003 he was named Chief Operating Officer. In May 2006, the Supervisory Board appointed Jean-Pascal Tricoire Chairman of the Management Board & Chief Executive Officer.

Emmanuel Babeau, Executive Vice President Finance
Education Emmanuel graduated from École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP, 1989) and holds a degree in finance and accounting (DESCF).
Professional experience Emmanuel Babeau, 43 years old, joined Schneider Electric on July 2009. He is Executive Vice President Finance and Member of the Management Board of Schneider Electric.
He began his career at Arthur Andersen in late 1990. In 1993, he joined Pernod Ricard as an Internal Auditor. He was appointed Head of Internal Audit, Corporate Treasury and Consolidation in 1996. He subsequently held several executive positions at Pernod Ricard, notably outside France, among which he served as Finance and Administrative Director Spain subsidiary in 1997. In 2001, Emmanuel rejoined Pernod Ricard head-offices in Paris to hold position of Vice President, Development, in charge of the integration of Seagram. Progressing fast, he was appointed CFO in 2003 and Group Deputy Managing Director of Finance in 2006, supervising Finance, Information Systems and Industry Administrations.
Hervé Coureil, Chief Information Officer
Education Hervé holds a “Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Européennes de Management” from the Reims Management School and a “Graduado en Ciencias Empresariales Europeas”, from ICADE in Madrid.
Professional experience Hervé previously served as Chief Financial Officer for the Critical Power and Cooling Services (CPCS) Business Unit of Schneider Electric, which was formed early 2007 following the acquisition of APC Corp. and its merger with MGE UPS Systems. Hervé’s responsibilities in CPCS included overseeing Legal, IT and Strategy.
Prior to this, Hervé served as Vice President Finance, Control and Business Development for the Asia Pacific Operating Division, since its creation in 2003. His responsibilities included setting up finance, legal and tax processes, as well as acquisitions and partnerships.
He joined Schneider Electric in 1993 and has held a variety of finance and business development positions, including Vice President Financial Control for the International Operating Division, corporate officer for Mergers and Acquisitions, and financial controller of various organisations.
