Dr. Prathap C Reddy, Chairman
Dr Reddy has undertaken pioneering work in bringing about institutional changes in the private healthcare infrastructure by establishing Apollo Institutes for post graduate Medical and Nursing Education, Hospital Administration, Physiotherapy, Clinical Research and a large number of Paramedical Programs. With the setting up of the Apollo Telemedicine Networking Foundation, Health Super Hiway, Apollo Munich Insurance Co and the Apollo Reach Hospitals, he helped establish a modern healthcare network through both in-house and outreach services, reaching out to millions of people.

As the Chairman of the CII National Healthcare Committee since 2006, Dr Reddy constituted sub-committees for drawing up standards for accreditation of Indian Hospitals for the very first time in the country. Ever since, the committees have done commendable work in the areas of medical value travel and medical code of ethics. One of the areas of significant impact has been in the area of budget recommendations to the Government and development of Health Insurance.

s the Chairman of the CII Health Council since 2010, Dr Reddy is Advisor to its committees on Healthcare, Health Insurance, Public Health and Pharma. As Chairman of the CII National Council on Public Health since 2011, with a view to supplementing Government's efforts in the area of public health, Dr Reddy is working on expanding their coverage through efficiency and quality interventions, by leveraging appropriate partnerships with the private sector as well as civil society institutions.

Dr Reddy was awarded the Padma Bhushan in 1991 for his contribution to the emergence of the private healthcare sector and his role in bringing about several regulatory changes relating to licensing, import restrictions, organ transplantation, etc.

He received a number of esteemed awards and recognitions such as Mother St Teresa's 'Citizen of the Year Award', recognition in Harvard School publications for pioneering efforts in healthcare, 'Life Time Achievement Award' by Hospimedica International, the 'Asia Pacific Bio Business Leadership Award' by the University of Southern California, Modern Medicare Excellence Award by the ICICI Group for outstanding achievements in the healthcare industry and numerous others.

Dr Reddy is also a recipient of the Lifetime Achievement award from Rotary International. In addition he has received Lifetime Achievement awards from the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and the Association of Surgeons of India. He was also awarded the Alexandria – Frost & Sullivan 2010 India Excellence Lifetime Achievement Award. Marking a new beginning, the All India Management Association conferred the AIMA Lifetime Contribution Award upon Dr. Prathap C Reddy recently.
Dr. Preetha Reddy , Managing Director
Inspired and guided by her father, Dr. Prathap C. Reddy, the pioneer of corporatized healthcare in India, Preetha had formally joined Apollo Hospitals as Joint Managing Director in 1989 and five years later, she became the Managing Director of the Group. A forerunner of integrated healthcare in Asia and globally, Apollo Hospitals' has been in a position of strength at every touchpoint of the healthcare delivery chain. The group's presence includes quaternary and tertiary care hospitals in urban and semi-urban India, primary care & diagnostic family clinics, pharmacies, health education and research endeavours, global clinical trials, wellness, healthcare consulting, business process operations and healthcare technology services. Since inception in 1983, Apollo Hospitals has been honoured with the trust of over 30 million patients.

Preetha Reddy steers the operations of the Apollo Hospitals group and works closely with the clinicians to help introduce contemporary protocols and continually raise the bar for clinical outcomes. She also oversees the planning, designing and funding of new projects, with a view to directing the Group towards optimum utilization of resources and funds. Keenly focused on Quality, she institutionalized strict adherence to pre-determined standards in every area of operations of the Group's hospitals.

With an aim to harness the growing mobile penetration in India, Preetha had initiated partnerships with telecom providers and Apollo Hospitals pioneered m-health solutions in India. These path breaking mobile healthcare partnerships are set to transform the delivery of healthcare across India and will accelerate Apollo Hospitals' vision of touching a billion lives.

She works with industry bodies and the Government of India to advance policy decisions on important healthcare issues. In 2009, the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh, invited her to join the Indo-U.S. and Indo-Malaysia CEOs Forum, think-tanks created to strengthen bilateral cooperation and trade.

Dr Preetha Reddy was ranked in the International list of "50 Most Powerful Women in Business", by Fortune in 2010 and 2011, and also in ‘The Most Powerful Women in Business' List compiled by Fortune India - 2011. She has been a regular in the Business Today's list of powerful business women since 2006.
Ms. Suneeta Reddy, Joint Managing Director, Apollo Hospitals Group
A member of the founding family, Suneeta Reddy had joined the Apollo Hospitals Group in 1989. As the Executive Director-Finance, she was instrumental in taking the organization to the international equity markets through a successful GDR and subsequently bringing the First Foreign Direct Investment into Healthcare in India.

Her pioneering spirit and foresight has guided Apollo's emergence as a formidable financially sound hospital enterprise. Managing a dual responsibility of Global Projects, over the course of years, she led Apollo's Greenfield Hospital projects, introduced the management of hospitals as a business models in India and was pivotal to growing the organization's footprint. On the milestone 200th Board Meeting of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited, she was elevated to the position of Joint Managing Director.

Suneeta Reddy's financial acumen has been the key factor in the group's dramatic growth and profitability. Her insights have played a pivotal role in encouraging medical value travelers to Apollo Hospitals and to India at large. With a guiding principle to align Apollo's growth strategy in keeping with the needs of the nation, she led the Apollo Reach Hospitals model to fruition. Commended by World Bank, it is an innovation redefining both healthcare and healthcare design as it takes quality care to the soul of India, its villages.
Ms. Sangita Reddy, Executive Director
As Executive Director of the Apollo Hospitals Group, Ms. Sangita leads the Human Resources and IT functions across all divisions of the Group. Her primary responsibilities also include policy development & growth strategies, and she has been pivotal in directing operation for the entire Apollo Hospitals Group. In addition, under her stewardship, Apollo Hospitals in Hyderabad has emerged as Asia's first Health City, and it has introduced multi-dimensional holistic healthcare to India.

Ms. Reddy's inputs are central to the structure and values of the Apollo Culture. She has been instrumental in extending community-based hospital projects, with a special focus on rural areas. One of her initiatives has been Apollo Reach, which aims to build a string of secondary care hospitals in rural areas across India. She also leads the Apollo Clinics division of the Group, aimed to enhance access.

In addition, Ms. Reddy is managing director of Apollo Health Street. Under Ms. Reddy's guidance, Apollo has become a leading offshore services firm that provides consultancy to some of the largest payers and providers in the U.S. Ms. Reddy has been a pioneer in advocating the benefit of a global delivery model - through rural hospitals , outreach camps, Telemedicine etc.

Her passion to care for all has made her the ideal head for Apollo Philanthropy, an umbrella entity encompassing ‘Save a Child's Heart Initiative', SAHI, CURE and the Billion Hearts Beating Foundation.
Ms. Shobana Kamineni,
A member of the founding family, Shobana Kamineni imbibed greatly from the visionary genius of her father - the legendary Founder Chairman of Apollo Hospitals, Dr Prathap C Reddy. She had formally joined Apollo Hospitals in 1982 as a liaison and project executive. Her instinctive expertise at this role was instrumental in catalyzing several of Apollo's ambitious projects, right from the early days.

In less than three decades Apollo Hospitals has grown to become the bedrock of India's healthcare revolution. An institution of trust and clinical excellence. Today Apollo touches and impacts millions of lives across 120 countries. Shobana Kamineni has played a pivotal role in ensuring that Apollo enjoys a position of strength and leadership at all touch points of the healthcare spectrum. As Executive Director - New Initiatives she is not only involved in visualizing the project blueprint but also execution of these mega projects, down to the last detail.
