Jim Bujold , President
Jim Bujold was named President, Honeywell India, in November 2010. He is responsible for providing strategic direction to the country’s operations in alignment with Honeywell’s focus on its High Growth Regions.

Bujold brings to Honeywell India a global outlook, strategy and vision for “One Honeywell” with a rich and diverse experience spanning more than three decades. He believes Honeywell’s ability to address the toughest challenges in the global macro-trends of energy, safety and security can help create significant value for India in key areas of national interest.

Bujold has held various leadership positions within Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) for nearly a decade. Prior to his current role, he was part of Honeywell’s Global Leadership Team from 2007 to 2010 as vice president and general manager – EMEAI, based out of Bracknell, UK. He served on the HBS Americas Leadership Team from 2004 to 2007.

Bujold worked with Johnson Controls Inc. and Siemens prior to joining Honeywell in 2004.
Pritam Bhavnani , President, Aerospace
Pritam Bhavnani is responsible for providing strategic direction for Honeywell’s Aerospace and Defence operations and initiatives in India.

Bhavnani brings a strong background in strategic global leadership to this role, having previously served as vice president of Customer and Product Support for Honeywell Aerospace’s Air Transport & Regional (AT&R) business from 2007 to 2010. There, he was responsible for meeting the service and support needs of aircraft manufacturers and airlines globally. Additionally, he was responsible for development and implementation of Honeywell’s latest strategy and execution of new aircraft and product entry into service on the Airbus A380 platform.

Bhavnani joined Honeywell in 1996 as manager of Finance for Product Cost, and served in a variety of progressively responsible roles in finance leadership, becoming director of Financial Planning and Analysis for the Consumables Solutions (CS) business segment in 2003. At CS, he led business-wide efforts to consolidate multiple acquisitions, IT systems and locations. Bhavnani has also served as director of the Aerospace Information Warehouse, director of Information Technology (IT) for the Finance function, and director of Program Management in AT&R.

Prior to joining Honeywell, Bhavnani was vice president of Turbine Services/Installation Parts and Services for Siemens Power Corporation.

Bhavnani earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. He received his master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), Project Management Professional (PMP) and Black Belt certified.
Anant Maheshwari , Managing Director
Anant Maheshwari was appointed managing director of Honeywell Automation India Limited (HAIL) in March 2010. He is responsible for strategically leading the various divisions of HAIL, driving One Automation and Control Solutions and a One Honeywell vision in India. He drives Honeywell’s continued growth in the region, strengthening the brand and its equity.

Maheshwari has spent close to a decade with Honeywell in various leadership roles. As managing director, ADI – Asia Pacific, he leveraged the region’s high growth potential, successfully adapting ADI’s global distribution business model to Asian markets. He drove ADI’s thrust in innovating and creating increased value for customers and partners in India’s security and low voltage automation industry.

Prior to this, Maheshwari served as director, South Asia for Honeywell Security, where he successfully conceptualized and set up operations in India and countries within the APAC region. He started his career with Honeywell as director, Business Development, Honeywell India. He worked with Honeywell’s global business leaders to identify, plan and implement strategic initiatives across Honeywell’s multiple strategic business groups in India.

Maheshwari worked with McKinsey & Company as a management consultant for more than five years before he joined Honeywell. There he gained exposure across multiple verticals: telecom & hi-tech, power and engineering, steel, automotive, and pharmaceutical, with a strong focus on growth strategy, organization design, business transformation and supply chain strategy.

Maheshwari obtained his bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and a master’s degree in Economics from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, India. He earned his master’s degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.
Mark Turowicz , Managing Director
Mark Turowicz was appointed country leader, Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies and managing director, UOP India Private Limited in 2010.
Turowicz is responsible for local resource management and operational alignment with Performance Materials and Technologies’ and UOP’s overall objectives and worldwide functional organizations.
During his three-decade-long career with UOP, he has served in various capacities including field operating service, technical and continuing service, technology sales support and licensing, ventures, business development and management.
Turowicz’s experience in India dates back to his assignment as chief advisor for the startup of a petrochemical complex in Chennai in 1987. In addition to working in the US and India, his international work experience includes assignments in Europe, North Africa, South America and the Middle East.

Milind Godbole , Managing Director
Milind Godbole is Managing Director of the Honeywell Turbo Technologies (HTT) business in Pune, Maharashtra. The business was established in India in 2004 to cater to the turbocharger requirement for the domestic as well as the global export market. HTT supplies turbos to major automotive OEMs both in India and globally.

Prior to this role, Godbole ran Honeywell’s building solutions business for the India region, which comprises India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. Godbole was responsible for the profitable growth of Honeywell’s building solutions business in the region, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels and continuous leadership development.

Earlier, he spent 12 years with Honeywell in various leadership roles in sales, energy and projects, architecting the growth and capability of the building solutions business in India.

Before joining Honeywell, Godbole spent close to 14 years in the building solutions industry, including eight years as head of sales and planning for a leading electromechanical services company in the Middle East.

Godbole earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune, and a master’s degree in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
Suresh Venkatarayalu , President, Honeywell Technology Solutions (HTS)
Suresh heads the global operations for HTS across India, China and the Czech Republic. He is also the General Manager of Honeywell Technology Solutions - India, overseeing Honeywell’s RDE centers across India.

Suresh sets the strategy for HTS globally and in particular as part of the high growth region driving its impact to Honeywell’s global operations in realizing value through innovation, partnerships and transformational models.

Suresh is responsible for leading Honeywell’s globalization initiatives, enabling technology / product transitions and development, delivering products to Honeywell’s global and regional customers, executing large-scale and multi-location programs leveraging talents from both developed and emerging regions.

During his tenure spanning 17 years with Honeywell, Suresh has developed and nurtured talent, centers of excellence and businesses across Honeywell’s emerging regions -- India, China and Czech Republic.
Ajay Kukreja , Country Human Resources Director
Ajay Kukreja was appointed Country Human Resources Director for Honeywell India in August 2012.
In this role, Kukreja is responsible for managing and deploying the HR country generalist resources to meet the needs of the businesses across India. In addition, he focuses on driving standardization of policies and processes and providing in-country expertise to HR and business leaders across the country.
Kukreja joined Honeywell in 2008 and, from 2010 onwards, he served as the India HR Leader for Performance Materials and Technologies. Prior to joining Honeywell, he held a variety of HR leadership and executive positions at both Indian and American multinational companies across industry segments.
Kukreja earned his Bachelor of Science from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, and a Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Jiwaji University, Gwalior
Bala Ekambaram, Senior Director, Strategy & Business Development
Bala Ekambaram is Senior Director – Strategy and Business Development at Honeywell India. In this role, Ekambaram works with the India businesses to develop and execute growth initiatives as well as drive penetration of Honeywell’s offerings and solutions across market segments. He also drives inorganic growth strategies including M&A and business alliances.

Ekambaram has been with Honeywell for more than four years. Prior to his current role, he was Director of Marketing for Honeywell’s Environmental and Combustion Controls business, managing a portfolio of comfort and energy products for the residential market in North America. He brings extensive experience in strategy, product management, and operations with stints in IBM and McKinsey.

Ekambaram holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, India.
