W. Ian L. Forrest, Chairman
Mr. Forrest has 30 years experience with public companies in the resource sector, having dealt with promotion, financing, exploration, production and company management. Notable projects include Gulfstream's North Dome gas discovery, Qatar; Reunion Mining's Scorpion Zinc, Namibia, which was subsequently developed by Anglo American, and Ocean Diamond Mining, which pioneered the independent diamond dredging industry off the west coast of southern Africa.  He is currently a director of several resource companies in the oil and gas and mining sectors.
Jon Cherry, President, CEO & Director
Jon Cherry has joined the Company as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director.  Mr. Cherry has nearly 25 years experience in the mining industry, mainly within Rio Tinto plc, one of the world's largest mining companies, where he held positions of increasing responsibility.  Among his achievements at Rio Tinto, he was General Manager responsible for permitting and initial development of the Eagle nickel-copper project in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
Douglas J. Newby, Chief Financial Officer
Douglas is responsible for financing, financial reporting and investor relations.  Douglas joined PolyMet as CFO in 2005. Before joining PolyMet, he served as founder and president of Proteus Capital Corp., a corporate advisory business serving the mining and oil and gas industries. He started his career in the computer software industry and was a top-ranked mining analyst in London, England, before moving to New York in 1987. In New York, he held senior positions with leading investment-banking firms before forming Proteus. He was chairman, president and CEO of Western Goldfields, a mining company that successfully developed a gold mine in southern California.
Joe Scipioni, COO
Mr. Scipioni has more than 30 years of experience in mining and plant processing. He attended St. John's University and the University of Minnesota, graduating in civil engineering. He started his career as a mine engineer at U.S. Steel Corporation's Minntac Mine and retired from U.S. Steel as plant manager of the Keewatin Taconite Operation. Mr. Scipioni joined PolyMet in 2006, served as president, CEO and board director from 2008 to 2012. Currently Mr. Scipioni serves as Chief Operating Officer focusing on operational matters at the NorthMet Project in Hoyt Lakes, Minnesota. 
Bradley Moore, Executive VP, Environmental & Governmental Affairs
Brad Moore joined PolyMet in 2011 assuming overall responsibility for the Company's effort to complete environmental review and obtain permits necessary for construction and operation of the NorthMet copper-nickel-precious metals project. Mr. Moore has more than 25 years experience in environmental regulation and review and has served as Commissioner of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency ("MPCA") from 2006 to 2008, and as Assistant Commissioner for Operations of the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) from January 1999 to August 2006.  Prior to that, he worked in leadership and policy analyst positions with the MDNR and the Minnesota Department of Public Service (now the Department of Commerce). In December 2008, Mr. Moore joined Barr Engineering as Senior Advisor, Public and Governmental Affairs where he advised several companies, including PolyMet, on environmental strategy.  Barr provides engineering services primarily in the upper Midwest, with a strong focus on environmental engineering.
Ryan Vogt, CPA, Corporate Controller
Ryan Vogt CPA, Corporate Controller, joined the Company in April 2012.  Mr. Vogt started his career as an audit manager with a Big Four accounting firm before serving as Assistant Controller of an electronics service company based in Minneapolis for eight years.
LaTisha Gietzen, VP of Public, Governmental & Environmental Affairs
LaTisha Gietzen, Vice-President of Public, Government, and Environmental Affairs, joined PolyMet in 2007 to manage government and public relations. Ms. Gietzen has extensive experience in environmental planning and government relations, and will complement and further strengthen PolyMet's strong environmental team. Most recently she was responsible for Minnesota public relations for Cleveland Cliffs, Inc. Previously she was Manager of Environmental and Governmental affairs for National Steel Pellet Company, and continued in a similar role with U.S. Steel Corporation after that company's acquisition of National in 2003.
Jenny Knudson, Vice President of Investor Relations
Jenny Knudson, Vice-President - Investor Relations joined the Company in July 2012.  Ms. Knudson began working for Northwestern Mutual in 2005 where she received her securities license.  Prior to joining PolyMet, she has spent the last five years with a wealth management firm in the Minneapolis area.
Andrew (Andy) Clark, Project Manager Process Plant
Andy has more than 30 years of experience in the design and management of industrial, mining, materials handling, chemical and petrochemical projects from feasibility studies through commissioning. He has functioned in senior management roles for most of his career and has extensive international experience as a project manager. His professional qualifications include a master's degree in engineering from the Imperial College of London University and registration as a project management professional. In 2006 Andy was contracted by Bateman Engineering in Brisbane to develop the implementation strategy for the design and construction phase of PolyMet's project and to identify and engage the engineering procurement construction management companies for the detailed design and construction management of the project. Andy transferred to PolyMet's team in March 2007, with responsibility to manage the implementation phase of the project for the process plant.  
Jim Scott, Environmental Manager
Jim is Environmental Manager and responsible for managing the environmental review and permitting process. His career started at Erie Mining Company (former LTV Steel Mining Company and now site of the NorthMet Erie Plant) in 1970 as an Electrical Engineer. Work at Cliffs included many engineering, maintenance and management positions culminating as Manager of Cliffs Erie - a closed mine in the process of remediation and closure.  Prior to that Jim was the Manager – Technical Services (engineering, process development and environmental) at LTV Steel Mining Company (successor to Erie Mining Company).  Corporate positions at Cliffs include manager of corporate operations support information technology and process automation groups and manager of a major research lab. These positions supported five major North American mines.
