Shishir joined SKF in 2009 as Managing Director of SKF India Ltd to lead SKF’s drive towards consolidating its position as the leading manufacturer of bearing, seals, lubrication systems, mechatronics and services. In addition to this assignment, he is also Country Manager for the group which includes the group’s business of SKF Technologies Pvt. Ltd and Lincoln Helios India Pvt Ltd
Shishir began his illustrious career of 26 years at Thermax as a trainee engineer serving in different capacities while overseeing progress of prestigious projects.In 1999 he was appointed as CEO of Thermax Energy Performance Services a joint venture ESCO with EPS of USA. As the Executive Vice President and Global Head of Business Cooling and Heating at Thermax he gained experience in the field of Energy generation, distribution and usage. He set up a manufacturing subsidiary from grass roots in China and was Director in charge of overseas subsidiaries of Thermax in USA, Europe, South America and China.
Shishir is recognized for his deep domain expertise in the fields of Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy and Carbon Intensity Reduction. Shishir has served as the director of Process Plant and Machinery Association of India (PPMAI) from 2005 to 2007 and later as the chairman of PPMAI from 2007 to 2009. Since 2009, he is the Director Alliance for Energy Efficient Economy (AEEE) and is also on the Board of Thermax Sustainable Energy Services Limited and SBI Funds Management Pvt. Ltd.
Anjali Byce Nair,
Director Human Resources
Anjali is the Director Human Resources at SKF India. She has made significant contributions including multiple Business Partnership programs, implementation of a culture based HR Strategy, capability building, Six Sigma and diversity initiatives. She has also championed multiple change management programs.
Her experience in HR spans across manufacturing, insurance and R&D companies, as well as start-up and turn-around companies. She has worked with Tata Motors, Allianz Bajaj Life Insurance Co, Cummins and Thermax. In her role, she has handled multiple functional excellence areas including strategic HR, industrial relations, organizational development, learning and development, Six Sigma, corporate responsibility, health, safety and environment and administration. She is also the President for the National Human Resource Development Network– Pune Chapter.
Anjali holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi and a Masters degree in Applied Psychology from Delhi University where she did her thesis on Psychological Contracting.
Arun is the Director of Global Technical Center-India (GTCI) and also a member of the Board of SKF Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. He is based in Bangalore.The Global Technical Centers include the Group Technology Centres, Automotive Technical Centers and Industrial Technical Centers.
Arun recently joined SKF in Oct. 2010. Prior to joining to SKF, Arun was associated with Applied Materials India Ltd., TCS, GM Technical Center and Larsen & Toubro.

Chandramowli Srinivasan is the Finance Director at SKF India Ltd., he is responsible for the overall finance, accounting and reporting, treasury, taxation, legal and corporate governance functions of the company. Chandramowli has been associated with the SKF group since 1991 and is currently based in Pune.
During his tenure of 18 years he has held various senior management positions at SKF, his journey began as a Controller and Manager of Costing and Accounts. In 1997, he was appointed as the Internal Auditor and the Manufacturing Controller for the Asia Pacific Division, following which he assumed the role of a Business Controller and Director of SKF, Indonesia, in 1999. Before taking his current office he worked as a Factory Manager at the Bangalore plant for SKF India Ltd, for close to 3 years.
Prior to joining SKF, Chandramowli was associated with AF Ferguson and Co and KSB
Harsha Kadam is currently the Director, Global 2 Wheeler Business unit, headquartered in
Bangalore. His responsibility encompasses the manufacturing facilities in Bangalore, Haridwar, Pune and Jakarta, Indonesia, as well as the Application Development Center at Bangalore. Additionally he is also responsible for the Powertrain and Electrical business in India.
Having been with SKF since 1990, Harsha holds rich experience in Manufacturing, Sales, Application and Product Development. In his previous role at SKF India he was the factory head at the Bangalore facility.
After graduating from the Bangalore University, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Harsha went on to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Finance.
Harsha is a member of the Bangalore Chamber of Industries and Commerce. He is an avid traveler and passionately pursues his hobbies of paragliding and aeromodelling. Taking his love for music a step further, he is learning to play the guitar and saxophone
Manohar R ,
Manohar currently heads Demand Chain function covering all business units. He is responsible for Purchasing, Supplier Development, Logistics and Warehouses located all over India. In addition he also leads BAS and IT functions.
Manohar has been with SKF since August 2008. He has over 28 years of Industrial experience both in India and abroad. Prior to SKF he was working with an automotive multinational company.
His academic qualifications include bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from REC-Trichy, Post Graduation from IIT-Chennai and Cost Accountancy from ICWA
Martti is the Director, Industrial Business Unit, at SKF India since his joining in 2011.
Martti commenced his association with the SKF Group in August 1998 at SKF Mekan AB in
Katrineholm as Manager of the Machining plant. In June 2000 he relocated to Germany as the Managing Director of Plainbearings. Two years after that, in June 2002, he relocated back to Katrineholm as Managing Director of SKF Mekan AB. In November the same year he took on an additional role as Cluster Manager of the Bearing Carrying Units Cluster. The cluster consisted of Housings & Accessories (SKF Mekan, Mounted Products USA and later Mounted Products India) and Y-bearings (Massa and Puebla).
Prior to joining SKF, Martti worked as a Research Engineer at Scania and as the Manager of Operations at Uddeholm Strip Steel AB and Varta Batteries.
